I cant stop thinking about sex, can't stop watching porn, and can't focus on anything else. I try to stay in control of myself stop watching porno and the harder I try the better I feel, but I still can't find the real solution. I in my mid 20's and the older I get the harder it is for me stop watching porn. Everytime I feel dispressed the more I watch it and it make me even more depressed. I don't want to go to escort service and don't want a partner ,because I don't want to waste my money. is there a real solution that I don't know of , besides hypnosis, and self discipline?

Hi guys;

I've been very worried about something and was wondering if I could have your advice... Is it normal to fantasise about having a wet dream or watching someone else have a wet dream? this is the question :

Masturbation "problem".. dont know if its serious.?
I was masturbating and when I was finishing - so to speak - sperm came out at first normally and after a bit I felt some sperm getting stuck inside... It either came out slowly after or didnt.

Should I worry? I havent been doing it that much..

About 2 weeks ago, I awoke to the bed vibrating....I couldn't figure out if I was dreaming or not. It happened a couple more times, until I realized it was my husband. He will "stir" in his sleep to roll over or move and suddenly his whole body "vibrates" for about a minute or 2, then settles and he never wakes from it. I put my hand on his body to see where it comes from, but it sort of feels like it's "all over", yet has no specific source.....it almost feels like his pulse and not his muscles. He doesnt' wake or feel it happening, and seems to happen when his sleep is interupted in some way. I have found very little ambiguous information online. He has no anxiety disorder and takes no medication. Has anyone experienced this?

A friend of mine started a job but has not been feeling well had a bad stomach but did not want to mess up his first week so went in. However whilst in work he let some gas out of his bottom but more than gas come out and he had to leave and the people he works with know about it.

Here's the situation........
My best friend & I started working out together at the same gym this summer.But I dont like his work-out plan & he does'nt like my plan either!
His plan: Workout every day! Mon-chest/Tues-arms/Wen-shoulders/Thurs-back......& rest thru the weekend! (he's not big on cardio so,maybe 2 times a month)

My plan: rotate without a set schedule, Mon-back(Tues-Cardio)Wen-shoulders(Thurs-Cardio)Fri-arms(Sat-rest)Sunday-Chest....then (mon-cardio)tues-start over with back.....& so on!

He says he likes to get his workouts over with & done. I say I like to give my muscles a days rest between lifting! Anyway it has gotten to the point where we dont go to the gym together any more....which is cool with me for the most part,because I dont NEED for anyone to go with me.....But it does matter a little bit on my chest days,I cant max-out like I do on other days because I have no spotter!
I know "2 each his own" but am I being closed minded & is his way better?
