im 21 years old and lately i havent been producing as much sperm as i used to. my girlfriend and i have not had sex. i masterbate or she does it for me. we do this every other day or whenever we see each other. is this normal? please help!

i've never had this before and it's only just started last weekend. i took a trip to blackpool and drunk very heaverly, drinking redbull and vodka. i'd also had a big steak wilest out in the day. i've just gave up smoking and have really started eating healthy food. ie (lots of fruit and new types of veg which i've never had before.) i've also been having alot of youget's which are new to me. i don't really have alot of stress in my life and very rarely strain myself. i've also started exersizing, not because i'm over weight but just to become more active and get the blood pumping. i'm 6foot 7inch's and weigh 16 stones. i never get pains in my stomic or bowels be do have alot of gas sometimes. there is one other thing i get when having a movement and that is a sharp pain when starting to pass my stool which is not as bad when i'm in full flow.

I look terrible when I wake up. even if I've had an early night and no booze, I look really bad. Pale, bags under eyes, red eyes, greasy skin etc. After I've had my shower and put my suit on I look OK, but the first view in the mirror in the morning is a shocker. This is a bit worrying because when I get a girlfriend she will be subjected to this view at some point. Why do I look like this and what can I do? I am male, and 26 years old.

My blood pressure is normal and i am in good health but my heart rate is sky high.It was like 110bpm just sitting down on a normal day.My hands shake badly sometimes when i'm working on something.Can anyone tell me if there is a otc drug that i can get to calm down my nerves and perhaps lower my heart rate a bit?Thanks.

I was talking to my sister -in- law, and she asked me a question that I don't have an answer for. So I thought some men on here could help her out?
She told me that my brother was having a little "problem" in the bedroom.( Like I needed to know) Um, I guess everytime he ejaculates, he get a pain down there. He had a vasectomy about 5 or 6 years ago. Never had a follow up. And now this problem has arised. Does it have to do with that? When he had the procedure done, she told me that there was alot of bleeding. ( I thought there wasn't supposed to be.) Or could it be that he has cheated on her and got an STD? He refuses to go to the doc, and his wife is really nervous and scared! I told her I would ask here to see if anyone knew. Could it be cancer? Please if someone could give me an answer for her. She told me it has been going on for the past few months. No problems until he ejaculates. Maybe if she has an idea, she could get him to go to a doctor!!!

This pain is annoying and does not seem to be going away! I used to run often but since the pain, not so much anymore. It is a pain just before my heel and hurts most when I stand in the morning or after I am off my feet for some time. Please help!

y long and ive have got very bad acne all over my face and i look awful i have tried evrything loads of facial washes,soaps,creams,toothpaste..... all of em and my face just gets worsei get rid of one spot to wake up with another 2 i have a gf but ppl make fun of her when shes with spotty man (and other names) so im gona have to leave my one love and she will hate me then and even i say its not her fault which it isnt she wont belive me im gonna do it for her sake though so she neva gets made fun of, i have even puled a knife from the kitchen drawer and almost stabbed my self for how i look after turning down my first date i hardly eat anymnore which is goig to cause other probs for me im even to ashamed to eat with my family no friends come round nothing its destroying me inside and out im becoming very depressed moody anxious locked away in my room i had a doctors appointment today but i missed it hes going on holiday plz help me..... any ideas rmember i go bk to school on monday :(

I like wearing cream coloured chinos but some of my mates say they are unfashionable to wear now. I do wear jeans as well but l like chinos at times as they are lighter to wear. The pockets are easier to use (as l stuff everything in them - hanky, coins, wallet, phone, keys). If you do wear chinos, do you stuff items similiar to mine in the front pockets?

Hey guys, i usually feel "Weird". By that I mean, i have constant headaches, everyday, also, i'ts kinda hard for me to focus on some things, especially at work, and I kinda feel weak, and dizzy... it's kind of a daily thing, sometimes just for a bit, and sometimes the whole day.

sometimes, ibuprofen helps and it goes away. But I don't want to depend on pills. Is this normal?... oh i also work everyday. and only get 2 days off a week, usually about 7-8 hrs of sleep... could it be stress?

I want massage theraphy for the pain in my lower back due to non-activity. I know of this person (female) and her husband does the "Videio" at church for worl wide distrubution. His wife, who I have never met does physical therapy all over the city. She even does house calls, and works in a saloon near me for two days per-week. She chargers $60.00 while she is in this beauty saloon, but I do not know how much for a massagw at home. I would say $100.00 per-hour. She has a van and her own table, sheets,pads, pillows, lotion, vibrators. "Tenns-unit" (electro shock)..i have never had a massage, but due to my hospital stay, and non-activity my muscles are also too the "athophy" stage. When I call for an appointment wheather it be at the "Saloon", or here I think when she sees me she will know who I am as my youngest son works in the production room with her husband.

My question is the fact that it is my lower back all the way across my waist. What will she have me do.

My dad's been a smoker all his life, he smokes a pack of dunhill every day. I have heard about these nicotine patches and nicotine gums. which one works the best considering my dad's been smoking for a long time now and might experience side effects by suddenly cutting smoke.
