Heat kills sperm. The hotter your beans are the less you have coming out of your frank. That is why most fertility doctors tell men to start wearing boxer shorts and get rid of the tighty whiteys.

they might - if they're that tight. Testicles need to be relaxed and not pressed tight against the body , to keep proper temperature for sperm production. Your vanity wants to wear the skin-tight trousers, but give those balls some relief, a VACATION from hot confinement & irritation. Wear soft cotton underwear, & wear some looser cotton trousers. Aren't you uncomfortable with such tight crotch??? change those clothes - loosen up a bit.
