Circulation
go see your doc and he/she will prescribe you with something to help your circulation
both my husband & I experiece the same pain
I was giving Endotelon (that is the name in french )
you can look up the name in the internet for the english
It is has no side effect and the pain stop almost immedaitly
I know if you are in the US the will try countless medication before giving you something that work (experience)
I move here because I was in so much pain (headache everyday) instead of giving me something that was cheap they were having me tested for brain tumor which I did not have but
finally
it took 4 Euro to cure my head (lack of magnasum )
do visit your doc and ask to run test because you think you have a circulation problem)
Good Luck

It sounds like the tendons in your feet are pulling. The higher your arch is the more of a chance of this happening will be. Running and anything of high impact causes that strain to worsen.
I tried a lot of things to heal this, I have found that if you take large amounts of vitamin C in a couple of weeks you should feel better. Don't worry about taking to much vitamin C. what your body don't need, you will expel in your urine. This will make you urinate more though so be prepared.

Time for orthodics! Sounds like your foot arch may have fallen... when running did you wear a quality pair of running shoes...with high arch and good support? I suffered from terrible pain when I first moved to
Canada 19 years ago....I had been wearing high, high heels when I was younger living in England and when I moved here and started to wear more flats...OUch!!! Go to a foot specialist and he'll be able to help you out...feet are very important!!

I have the same problem like you do. This was happen to me because of my shoes. Its not comfortable for my leg and it was roughly on surface for my foot. Change your shoes and for your pain take some (antibiotic) medication as doctor said and use some rubbing balm.

Are you standing on your wife again?....sorry.....I believe the pain is in your feet and not under them. But actually, it could be stress fractures. You should have your doctor exray to make sure. Again..sorry about the joke.

since its both your feet-prbably not seriuous, sounds like you may have sprained your middle insteps- rest, soak,massage- stop running on them and start puumping your system w/ vitamin c,niacin , zinc and iron- they should be good to go in about one week of that therapy- also stay on the zinc and iron if you dont want it happen again- and start off gentle the first couple of days after they are better :) good luck!

Sounds like it could be a bone spur. Does it feel like you are walking on something sharp? They do often go on their own but I believe there is treatment for them, go see your doc for that. Hope it gets better soon!

Go to a doctor for medical information and advice, NOT people on this site who are not trained, qualified, or licensed to give medical advice.

It looks like the weight you are putting on it is causing the pain. Please find a good foot doctor and let him give you relief.
