Putting foreign objects in the rectum is a common problem. Please remember you have two sphincters -- internal and external. It is possible that you have passed the external sphincter. Try some KY and bear down as if you were trying to have a bowel movement. If that does not work do not wait too long -- you may require aggressive intervention. I.E. -- you need to seek medical attention. A hard surface such as a golf ball firmly pressed against the soft mucosa of the rectum can cause damage -- painful damage. In the emergency they may give you a little Valium to relieve some of the spasm you may be having in the rectal area -- partially because of the object -- and partially because your scared and can't dislodge the object. Worse case scenario you may require surgical intervention. If you can't remove it -- SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION-- ER's are quite familiar with these situations. It's embarrassing -- but just think when the hell else are you going to see this people?

i would say that the best way is to push it in deeper. . . Use a broom or something. . . I'm no doctor but at some stage the walls of you rectum should widen out or something? Just keep pushing it all the way up until it reaches your . . . we'll . . . I dont really know . . . I would however advise you to use some vaseline, or good lubrication . . . and if you start getting anal bleeding, stop pushing . . . and start praying

It only feels like a golf ball, but it is more likely to be piles. Go to the chemist and buy special cream that will shrink them.
And stop straining golf should be leisurely pastime!

I'd see a doctor really fast so there are no complications caused by the foreign object in your anus. Good luck!!

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.
You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

Bend over as far as possible, putting your head down between your knees, then cough. Just for caution - aim away from the window.
