He says he knows exactly what and when and how to do what feels best. I've even told him it would be okay with me for him to guide me either by telling me or showing me what feels good to him. He thinks that makes things too awkward. I'm left feeling very sad and inadequate., with a huge hit to my ego. Any suggestions. Only serious replies please.

I am a 26 y o m. I was diagnosed with 'hypermobile pattellas' a 7 years back. It was done by a military physical therapist.

I have been told that there is nothing I can do for it and just have to deal with it via profiles and pain meds.

Is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain?
Is there treatment that I can take to relieve the pain better and/or all together, cure it?

My new boyfriend is 48 yrs old, and I am 36. Sex with him is very satisfying for me, but almost 50% of the time, he does not climax. To clarify, there is no issue with him getting or maintaining an erection, I am just left wondering why he doesn't climax every time. I don't want to ask him in case I am concerned about nothing and I don't want to risk making him feel insecure in bed either.

I am 17. I don't like working out, because I feel self conscious. I feel self conscious anyways because I am really skinny, and I want to gain some weight, but I want to do it safely. I have tried eating lots of food, but my metabolism is so fast, it doesn't help. I have been told to drink protein shakes and just do like pushups, and crunches and stuff. Does that actually work? My problem with that is that I don't have the willpower to keep doing it once I start. Any safe ideas would be helpful.
