I agree with the above, get a full 8 hours of good sleep. As far as coffee, some people hate coffee, me included. So try some other drinks that you might like, I for one, absolutly love the Starbucks frappuccinos, theres 3 flavors, vanilla is my favorite. You can find them at pretty much any gas station in the drinks section, or sometimes they have their own case near the coffee machines. If you dont like those, try some energy drinks.

1. Make sure you are getting AT LEAST 8 full hours of sleep per night. Most people function best with between 8-9 hours.
2. Make sure it is GOOD sleep, and that you aren't snoring a lot or have sleep apnea (if you sleep with a partner, he/she can tell you.
3. If you are getting adequate rest, then coffee is your answer.

yawning is not caused by being sleepy, it's your body trying to get more oxygen.

Exercise and eating healthy will solve your sleepiness.
