what is the above condition? is it called hernia ? his right testis has become like a hard ball, that was 4 years ago ,he has pain some times on right side from testis to up near liver,he did not visit hospital ,now since last few days he is having erection problems .what is this condition and anybody can advice remedy ?he is 44 years bachelor

First he really needs to get checked out by a doctor. It could be different things. It could be as small as a cyst. But better safe then sorry.

it could possibly be a hernia given his age. I would strongly recommend him going to the doctor because what is in there could might as well be clotted blood or intestine (yes) which could be strangulated and compromised. if that happens that would be a lot of problem.
