There could really be any number of things that could be wrong. You could have a teaar or a strain or even a hernea.
As a rule of thumb; if you have to ask the question, "Should I see a doctor?" then you believe that their may be something seriously wrong, and therefore you should see a doctor.

Well, for a start, the prostate gland is not below the testis (either of them). 3 times a week is not a lot, have u tried doing it more times or less, and does it make any difference ? At age 19 = this sounds like guilt. There is no medical cure for guilt, but if ur scared go to doc for check-up.

No you shouldnt have to see a doctor... because after you masterbate your testes becomes very sensitive. and just the slightest touch would even hurt it.. It happens to myself sometimes.. and its completely normal for something like that to happen.. but if the pain occurs more than you think its suppose to, obviously i advise you to see a doctor..

Yes. You may have a tear in the lining of the testes or some other injury. Check with a urologist.

sometimes, congestion & vasodilation of blood vessels & capillaries in the testes can cause discomfort. I've had that sometimes. but if it's really severe, and happens every time, then see expert urologist. MRI & sonogram will help diagnose.

You must have injured your testicles while masturbating.
It's best to see a doctor to confirm the pain.
