Someone suggested I might have Sleep Apnea.

I get like 8-10 hours of sleep, but wake up exhausted still, and I am usually tired most of the morning. I snore like horse, Im a little overweight. I get really anxious sometimes too..and get pissed off really easy somedays.

Do you think it could be sleep apnea or something else??

He has a lot of stress, so maybe the high blood pressure causes it.

I am not sure what is wrong, I get 7-10 hours of sleep each night, but wake up EXAUSTED still, what could be wrong? I dont go to bed til about 11 and wake up around 7 or 8 usually. Some nights ill get only 5-6 hours and feel fine the next morning, but sometimes not. What should I do?

Quality of first sleep is good which I have gained after practising Yoga since couple of years.It is very seldom that I have got a continuos sleep of seven hrs. Normally I get good sleep of 5 hrs.Frequency of urination become higher some times. My B.P from time to time ranges betn. 140/90 and 120/80. Blood sugar pp comes out around 100.

Recently I started having sex with my girlfriend. The day after the first time, I felt a slight burning inside my penis, it is a constant feeling. It doesnt hurt. do u prefer boxerbreifs, boxers or going commando?
Im 17 and in a bit of a dilema, see boxerbriefs give u a wedgie which i find irratable, and the restrict the movemet of ur package which i also dislike, boxers begin to ride up and also give u a bit of a restricted feeling, and freebalin seems a bit odd, because i have sisters around the house and my package becomes evidnet because of the hanging penis pushing across the pants forming a revealing crease no matter the size of the pants.
