Honestly, men can become accustomed to being aroused only by certain stimuli... aka, you only get excited when you're watching porn. This is why many men have to have porn to get aroused... because they have set up their minds that porn = getting off.
Suggestion... ditch the porn. Focus only on the girlfriend. Talk to a therapist (sounds odd, but you aren't the only one).
Bottom line... you aren't alone. It's a problem many men experience... because the strongest sex organ is not in your pants, but in your head.

Although you're not involved Performance Anxiety can play a factor in not maintaining an Erection. Even now you're sorta worried that you're not getting one by asking and sharing this question. Stating the factor of not sleeping is a factor effecting your testosterone levels. That will play a part in E.D. Just like you mentioned you hope it not physical and to solve it psychologically. Both of those will play a part of your recovery. Your physical (diet, sleep) and psychological (thinking, mental) can be redesigned to help solve the problem. Nothing to be scared about from the weakest to the most strong every man gets a non-erect stage time once or twice in their life. physical: diet-- eliminate or reduce fatty foods, eat more fruits and vegetables (especially RAW), prepare foods with oils that don't clog your system. make sure to get 8 to 9 hours of sleep. herbally: Ginseng, Maca, Damiana, Cordseyps Mushrooms

sounds like performance anxiety is all. Dont bother with the pills, just take it slow and relax. Try foreplay. Your GF will love you for the extra attention, trust me. YOu might think youre not nervous, but believe me, there is a small bit of nervousness that you ARE experiencing. DOnt worrry. Nothing is wrong with you.

You are having a subconscious reaction to intimacy with another person. This is triggered by incidents from your past, some trauma or hurt. You need to get some professional help to over come it. The problem is not between your legs but between your ears.

if you are not nervoues, it is obvious you need some more foreplay. try that and then tell your gf to blow you..that should work. In my opinion you are not feeling comfortable with the idea of getting naked with her.
