If you are in Australia there are special clinics men can go and talk comfortably with a male doctor or therapist. These places are advertised in most Sunday papers around the country.

If you drink too much alcohol this could be the problem,it is blocking signals to the brain or not letting them through. My hubby was the same wat but he was also diabetic,if you do not drink have your blood sugars checked.
