the older we get the less sleep we need, but try cutting back on fluids 1 hour before bed and take a nice hot shower 30 minutes before bed. this will help you to relax and possibly help you stay asleep.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

Get used to it. I'm 51 and it started happening to me early-40ish. The doc said I drank to many fluids to late in the evening. I try not to but it doesn't seem to matter.

I have thought about going to a sleep clinic the the local hospital runs. But it hasn't effected my daytime activities (yet).
