Do you snore? Are you overweight? This sounds like a symptom of sleep apnea - waking up exhausted after a "good night's" sleep. you may want to consult your MD.

You may have sleep apnea, a pattern of irregular breathing during sleep that can interfere with the amount of oxygen you get and therefore, your rest. Talk to your doctor and see how you can find out if this is the problem.

Good luck!

I used to have the same problem and was finally diagnosed with sleep apnea. Got a CPAP machine and and now sleep like a baby.

Plus I don't snore like a chainsaw anymore.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

sleep earlier and continue to go to bed at the same time. DO NOT take sleep pills if u can't go to bed. Just lie on your bed and think about school or work

See your doctor and discuss the problem with him/her, not amateurs on this site who have no training or license to answer medical questions.
