Everyone slips out during sex. It is normal. Slipping out can be from many different reasons. I would not worry about it so much. I would either change positions or keep practicing until you have figured out.
I would ask her what she thinks is happening. Together, you might be able to figure out what is happening.

Perhaps it is slipping out because she is too wet and you aren't in all the way. Perhaps she has a larger opening then you need thus causing this problem. At any rate, if you are still having the problem ask her to do some keagels when yor in there...it should help out some.
