my son is 16 and he got head scabs it like lumps of flaky it dosnt hurt him any body no

psoriasis or dandruff send him to his GP he can prescribe a medicated shampoo to use regular to help clear it, if he picks them or scratches them they won't go leave them alone and use the shampoo they clear up till next time, stress can be a cause if its psoriasis.

If you go to the doctor they may say that it is eczema or psoriasis, and give a perscription that should help get rid of it. May be caused by sensitivity to shampoo, or laundry soap.

Did he have cradle cap as a baby? Cos it could be a re-occurance! Seek your GP's advice.

He may be scratching his head when he is sleeping. My friend and I have both done that before.

could be a bad case of dandruff, change his shampoo to an anti-dandruff shampoo, see what happens.

try T-gel shampoo. its very good for that sort of thing. it should clear it right up.
