Dear Dr. on my penis a nerve apperin in a big size as a question mark symbol..... is there any prob for me in sex....i am going to marry in next month.
Please suggest why it apper like this and it will give any prob.

That is not a nerve; that is a vein. Many men have this. It is nothing to worry about. go ahead & get married. You are fine.
The vein helps carry blood to the penis. It is not a problem for sex.

If you mean a darker or red spot on your penis that has been there all of your life, then no, it will not interfere with sex. However, if this mark is new, then have it checked by a doctor.

veins and arteries on your penis are normal, but if this is a "new" appearance and you are concerned, a visit to your Dr. may help make you feel a little better.
