I cant stop thinking about sex, can't stop watching porn, and can't focus on anything else. I try to stay in control of myself stop watching porno and the harder I try the better I feel, but I still can't find the real solution. I in my mid 20's and the older I get the harder it is for me stop watching porn. Everytime I feel dispressed the more I watch it and it make me even more depressed. I don't want to go to escort service and don't want a partner ,because I don't want to waste my money. is there a real solution that I don't know of , besides hypnosis, and self discipline?

Watching is normal, natural and a reality for both genders. There are just as many women who like to look as there are men. Most of us are visual people when it comes to sex. u need not worry about this. i was just like you two or 3 years before. not able to control myself watching porn.
it just needs some self discipline. it seems that you dont have much friends. try to relocate to some other place where you can meet new people. more than watching the porn it is the guilt feeling that would be tormenting you. relax. may be tell yourself that after a hectic work schedule or after completion of an assignment you can watch a porn.
but the ultimate solution would be to mingle with more people particularly get a girl. someone should be there for you certainly. isnt it? a gal in life will change it totally.

uh, I cant believe all these answers! no it isnt ok for him to watch it if you feel bad about it. you do not need to learn to accept it bc "guys will be guys" he has YOU to look at. It is completely disrespectful to you! If he was doing it thinking that it didnt bother you then that is ok. but once you have talked to him about how it makes you feel if he loved you and respects you he would stop. You have a sexual addiction, it's starting with porn but can or will lead to other things if you don't get help. GET A FILTER!!! That will help block out porn on-line, also seek counceling. It will help. I've had the same problem and counceling really helped. Also try going cold turkey. Because in the long run it will do you good to just avoid it. But get counceling, it helps.
