It's an inguinal hernia, which is less common than the usual kind, I hear. I was just wondering if any gents have had an op to fix an inguinal hernia and how soon they were back on their feet etc..

I am recovering from 2 months on life support with a virus which led to heart failure. Physically I am doing well and I believe God has healed me, but I do get flash backs to the ICU and near death experiences. I also panic that my heart might stop and find it hard to be alone. I am 31. I see psychologists regularily but therapy works short term and they only want to use medications.
What else could I try?

I recently have been having a kind of dull ache in my heart for the past couple of weeks. These are the only symptoms. I’m not in any pain so I know its not angina. I have recently had a sinus infection, if this is any help. I’m not overly stressed atm either.

I am not overweight although i do not do a massive amount of exercise. Probably 30 mins walk a day. I do not drink or eat an excessive amount of crap food.

Am I about to keel over and die???

I am a healthy male of 35 years. I take a lot of water & urinate as well. However, I don't have the force while urinating as others. I've seen people pitching many meters away.
There is no medical problem. What could be the reason ? Should I be concerned or let it be as it is?

Why is it that after i wipe my butt completely clean that i can go back hours later or even the next morning and have to wipe again?? I always have this problem and have no idea how i can scrub completely clean just to have that contiuously happen
