is it weird that my penis points to the right at about a 50 degree angle when it is at a full bore erection? would that have any effect on the pleasure i would give a woman? does my penises overall size have any effect on the pointing?

I noticed a few weeks ago that I had Fordyce spots on my uncircumcised foreskin and from what i understand they are completely normal....one of them around the area became a pimple....it had a white tip on it, then it went away....now the pimple has recurred again, this time being bigger, resembling the typical zit on the face...I do not really want to be worried but I was really wondering if tehre were any doctors out there who would know about something like this...Thank you so much!

Hi I know this might be wierd but seems as though the internet doesn't have much of it or its just I don't know whats its called. About 2 year ago I've had a what is a sist inside my right brest and I have seen a docter. All he said was since I was 17 at the time is just a hormornal imbalance that made this lump of my breast which was at a point very painfull at the first time of it. Now its 2 years later really hasn't lost much shape painfull sometimes and its just like want to know if theres away to get to go away or somehting. I don't smoke very often but I have a friend that smokes before work, just like having a cup of coffee. He smokes during work (he works construction) and always on the way home. Then after dinner and before bed. To me it seems he is high all day. I like it every now and then but jeez louise, I don't think I would want to feel that way all day, every day. When my penis is not erect, I can kind of retract the foreskin, but it is really painful, and there is alot of smegma build up, and when i try and clean it, theres always alot alot more. When my penis is erect, the foreskin doesnt full retract, it only reveals maybe 25% of the glans. And theres a horrrible smell.
