I dont think marijuana will help that foot pain due to the fact that your friend is on a morphine pump, because once the high is gone the pain comes back.

What is such a good idea about giving a smoker something different to smoke? Even though smoking is no good now you're suggesting to trade that for something illegal. Better to scrap the drugs altogether. Try a holistic approach in managing your friends pain.

Marijuana won't do anything for pain. Morphine, in the amount used medically for pain is not addictive. Recreational users take a much higher dose.

marijuana works very diffrent than ophiats-
Instead of closin nervebindings in the central nervous system M (THC) make your focus kinda wandering and you dont spend so much time having pain as time forgetting it.
this may help but if he have been ordinated a high opiath dose he should stick to it at least dont change stuff without talking to the treater.
M (thc) is giving appetite back to some others just feel nada so its a thing to tryout individualy.

It is a very effective and legitimate medicine for pain relief. Sick people deserve access to it. It is much less toxic and addictive than morphine.

Have him try smoking some bud and see if it helps him better than the morphine. Only he will know what works better.
Good luck.
