I noticed a few weeks ago that I had Fordyce spots on my uncircumcised foreskin and from what i understand they are completely normal....one of them around the area became a pimple....it had a white tip on it, then it went away....now the pimple has recurred again, this time being bigger, resembling the typical zit on the face...I do not really want to be worried but I was really wondering if tehre were any doctors out there who would know about something like this...Thank you so much!

First you know that you have to be very clean since you are not circumcised, that's a given, to prevent anything like pimples. Then wrap that thing up if you are with any person having sex! I'm no Dr. by the way. Then, if you must, take a nice warm, Epsom salt or just plain salt water bath and a daily cleaning with plain old witch hazle which is natural and cheap and regardless of what most people think about it it is not strong and does not burn. It is PH balanced. Then for personal hygiene wash your hands before going pee and again after. You may spread the bacteria from the face to the penis...sorry ...it's a fact. Witch hazel will also help the face too. good luck to you!

While you can indeed get a pimple on any part of the body, including the foreskin, a sore there can mean more than just a pimple. Herpes and syphilis are manifested by a sore, also--sometimes on the genitals and sometimes not. They don't show up right away, they have an incubation period. Get tested for your own peace of mind, and so that you don't spread it to others, if you have an STD.
