Hey buddy sex is nice, but it isn't gonna cure your depression... you should know that... you should talk to someone... if you dont like talking to counsolers than talk to someone close... dont have sex randomly thats the main stream, the best way to seriously help not hurt your depression is to have a REAL relationship with a girl and wait until she is comfortable with sex and then it will be the right time... spontaneous sex doesnt help depression it hurts and causes confusion..

Of course not, the only way that you will get over your depression is talking with someone. Or seek help immediatly. You may have possible thoughts of suicide in the future. Seek help before its too late. And always remember that the strongest love that you'll ever have is the one inside of you. So treat yourself with respect.
