it depends on a lot of things everyones different. Your body has a layer of fat with some people you can have abs but that fat will prevent them from being visible. Jus do mass sit ups and work your back and obliques

Abs is a matter of nutrition and excercise.
Ask an expert for a diet.
My abs are hard almost like stone but because of what I eat no one knows it but me.

about 2-3 weeks if you have a good routine set up.. try doing a normal situp, pushup routine.. dont just work on your upper abs either. make sure your getting the lowers too.. do the sides as well..

i depends if u work on ur abs with crunches or add weights to ur abs when u crunch u should have great abs in less then a month

If you're talking about having a visible "6-pack" its got nothing to do with your stomach muscles, only the layer of fat that covers them. Once you lower your body fat low enough your 6-pack, ie abdominal muscles will become visible.
