There is no fruit healthy enough to counteract the effects of smoking. You're better off quitting AND eating healthier. Quit gradually if you can't take the withdrawal. Good night!

As far as the health issue is concerned there isn't a fruit in the world that will prevent 1 in 3 smokers contracting lung cancer.

Go and talk to someone who has HAD smoking-generated lung or throat cancer - I almost guarantee you will stop tomorrow.

As far as other people are concerned, of course, the main problem with you smoking is that you smell. Your clothes stink of tobacco, and your breath absolutely stinks. Further, if you smoke in your car and/or your house, they also stink, as does everything in them. Ever smelt a baby from a smoker's house?

The bible said that Eve was deceived into eating the fruit but Adam should have known better. God would have had to keep his promise that "in the day of your eating the fruit" Eve would start to die. If Adam had condemned Eves actions and not sinned he would not be reprehensible before God. Perhaps Adam and Eves offspring would have been perfect and just Eve punished. Perhaps God would have created another wife for Adam.

A mixture of all fruits, is the best, they all have different compositions to fight cancer. You should eat a lot of red fruits, bland ones, green ones, all of them. Pineapples, oranges, and all those tangy ones have a lot of Vitamin C which helps your immune system. Hope this helps you. Peace.
