Yes,you are borderline hypertensive. If your resting diastolic (bottom number) is always 90 then during strenuous activity it may be over 100 and that is dangerous. The norm used to be 120/80 but now it is believed that 110/70 is more desirable and healthier in the long run. The diastolic number is the one most health professionals are concerned about because the systolic can vary due to emotions so with a diastolic of 90 you need to be evaluated and treated by a physician.

Actually, you are wrong. It's possible for ALL of these people to mix. Mokomichi Hayami is actually half Filipino, his mother is Filipino. Also, Many Japanese people fled to the Philippines during the Meiji era because of the opposition of Christianity. So many Christian Japanese fled to the Philippines to escape death, and the Philippines was more open, seeing as they were a Spanish colony, so obviously, Christianity/Catholicism was practiced, and open. Also, when countries are colonized, they tend to MIX. Look at the U.S, they mixed with the Natives when they came, and when they brought slaves over, they mixed with the slaves. Look at Mexico, when it was colonized by the Spaniards, look at what happened? Years, and years later, Mexicans are mixed, and diverse, same with Puerto Rico. And A lot of Taiwanese people are mixed with Japanese because it actually was a colony of Japan. And dude, if you really lok hard, everyone of any ancestry is related, all of these ethnicity came from SOMEWHERE, and are realted to each other in one way or another. Have you met every single Filipino person, and given them a DNA test? Most likely no...you would find out a lot about what they're mixed with....

The top number (120) isn't too bad, but the bottom number (90) is a bit high. If it gets any higher you may want to call your doctor just to make him aware of this, and that it is an all the time thing, not just occasional. If you want to try to bring it down some your self first, try cutting as much salt/sodium out of your diet as you can and cut your caffine intake way down, also drink lots of water. If you smoke that will raise your bp some too.

No. Normal blood pressure is 120 over 80. Mine is usually 110 over 70. Your BP is nothing to freak out about, everyone is different and that is your normal BP. Don't be a hypochondriac, you're okay.
