Advantages and disadvantages of sleeping nude. what i have come to know from my experience is that sleeping nude makes you feel better. what are your thoughts. has it got any significance regarding your sexual health

many men I Know sleep Nude (nothing to do with nationality or sexuality)
Men feel less restricted (tugged and pulled on) while the are free to relax in any position they lay in, and the majority of people toss and turn at night- any sleep ware can pull on you causing sensation to slightly wake you.
NUDE! less clothes for me to wash!! haha

I like to sleep nude and can only think of one disadvantage: If fire should break out during the night I would not like to see the neighbours laughing and pointing. :-)

sleeping next to a nude female makes me feel better ... except then I'm sleepy the next day

It really doesn't matter, I enjoy it, because I roll around a lot, and if I have PJ's on, I find myself sometimes strangled in my own clothes. But when you are sharing a house or maybe a room with somebody else, you need to show respect, and ensure that your dangly bits don't hang out. Otherwise, enjoy it!

Pyjamas have a way of 'going places they shouldnt,' and are binding, and uncomfortable.
Nekkid sleeping frees your body, but from a hygenic standpoint, you need to wash bedsheets more frequently, so this makes for more laundry.

its good to sleep nude it helps ur bod breath better and get cooler too. u tend to also help the cover rise heehee.

American men wear sleepwear? That's new.
One clear advantage is that its easier to give your girlfriend a "nudge" in the morning if you aren't wearing "sleepwear"
