I am a healthy male of 35 years. I take a lot of water & urinate as well. However, I don't have the force while urinating as others. I've seen people pitching many meters away.
There is no medical problem. What could be the reason ? Should I be concerned or let it be as it is?

Many meters? I can only imagine myself reaching about two meters. I would not worry about it. The people you see doing that have probably been practicing for their whole lives. You see, the bladder forces urine out with some sort of muscle. If you learned how to control it or exert force on your bladder, you could probably urinate similar to them. You sound healthy. There will always be people that can do strange things with their bodies like that. Good night!

I dont' think there is anything wrong with that, it could simply just be you dont' drink alot of water? Do you have alot of coke instead? Check with your doctor just incase.
