Eat natural foods, do cardio exercise, and a lot of pushups. Also stretch them out by extending your arms out to your sides and rocking them behind you and back forward, that'll loosen them up. Hope this helps anyone who reads it. Peace.

Most man boobs are hereditary. And diet and exercise wont help. Maybe you could see a Doctor about your problem and go from there. Sometimes i think the steroids in chicken is the problem. And if you cant get rid of them, dont worry about it. Just except them. Youll be just fine.

do you take any medication containing anobolic steroids, if not take a hard look at what you eat ,when you eat. and how much exersise you take, i have a fairly decent size chest achieved when i was a boxer, now i am slowing down on the type of exercise i do has made my pecs loose thier firmness if i did not watch what i eat i too could end up with saggy pecs there are loads of diets available the best is your own for your lifesylev but take medical advice before dieting and rigourous exersise, regards LF

First thing is to diet - man boobs come from excess fat.

Secondly, exercise - work the chest area by press ups, pec-deck machine and 'fly' weights (lie on a bench and use 5-10kg weights).

Apart from some. Stupid un-helpfull answers. My advise to you feela is to see your g.p Dont be shy about it. There are a lot of fella's out there who have the same problem. And i'm one of them. And i dont drink beer. And i'm a 4th dan black belt in kickboxing. So i do a fair bit of excersize. How ever it can be down to you size. If you are very much over weight that will cause. But you do not state that you are. Go see you doc mate. Thats my advise to you.

Well; stop drinking so much beer (There's oeostrgen (SP) in it which helps cause the problem),

Exercise more - general cardio would help, and eat less fatty foods.

It's all about moderation - sorry
