Why is it that after i wipe my butt completely clean that i can go back hours later or even the next morning and have to wipe again?? I always have this problem and have no idea how i can scrub completely clean just to have that contiuously happen

You may have some internal hemorrhoids that are preventing the anal sphincter from closing completely thereby causing some fecal material to leak. For a fresh feel after wiping,use disposable adult wipes after using bathroom tissue and try preparation H suppositories to shrink the internal hemorrhoids if you have them. This might help a bit.

After you poop, take a shower and put your finger in there a little too to get out any remnants. You can't take a poop and go on living cause you know more poop will leak out later on or the next day so to avoid it all, take a shower after you poop. Try to control your poops so that you take them in the morning each day then you can take a shower at a decent time instead of taking poops at like 4pm or 6pm when you might be at work or it's an inopportune time.

i think that has to do with a short rectum. the sphincter muscle closes tightly after elimination of waste but if the rectum is too short, or possibly too weak, there is a tendency for any remaining contents of the colon to be dischaerged involuntarily.
perhaps a proctologist can give you a better answer or confirm this answer.

Try using baby wipes to be sure you are getting clean. They are pre-moistened, and do the job nicely.

I suggest you buy some Tucks or other personal hygiene wet wipes and use them after you use toilet paper. Repeat until clear.

Do you leak? If not, try using a soft damp cloth or baby wipes.
