Do you think that lifting weights releases extra Growth Hormone into you're body??? Most of the unpopular nerdy guy's were not as big in high school as the jock's were in terms of height and weight. (Well.... no one was for that matter).

Is it more effective to use very large weights to start with and use only small reps, adding reps and decreasing weight as I go.... or is it better to use the same amount of reps through out my entire workout, and then add on weight as I go??

why when people bring up suicide everyone on here trys to stop them? they never know what the person is going through and they always say its going to get better when they don't know that it is? Is it so they can sleep better at night or is a few yahoo answers points worth lying to a person? Im not talking about it because of health problems I'm talking about it to deal with depression or a major situation that has just happend assiisted suicide is totally different.

Prior to my bf having intercourse (ruling out std's):

he used to urinate and was done, than he noticed he would urinate and when he thought he was done he still had a few drips and feels like he still has to go and continues to have this issue to this day. What are thought out reasons besides possible blatter issue.

i feel so bad about myself and for the girls i have been with, if you don't want to read about very personal male problems please don't read on. I have had sex with 3 girls, each of them i have started off kissing, got an erection, and then i lose the erection, the 1st girl i never heard from again cause i think she was offended, the second girl i really had feelings for for like two years, i finally got with her and we tried it, it didnt work 1st, we tried the following night and it didnt work again (with and without a condom) then jus recently with this girl we tried it on the beach at night (so abit of kinkiness involved) and i couldnt even get an erection, i have also really really liked this girl and she did me and now she has told me she cant be with me and she gave me the whole "its not you its me" speech. I have a steel splinter embeded in the palm of my hand, it's not deep into the flesh but just under the skin. It's set just so I can't get it with tweezers. Should I let it work itself out or cut it out? I don't want it to rust and have to get a shot.

This is a very sensitive question for me and him. But we don't know what else to do except ask. We have used those special lotions and have tried other methods we have read in books, but usually he lasts no longer than 10 minutes and bless his heart I know it bothers him.
So if there is anything you guys know to keep from doing this and go longer then please, please tell me. Cause I dont know what else to do.
