Do you think that lifting weights releases extra Growth Hormone into you're body??? Most of the unpopular nerdy guy's were not as big in high school as the jock's were in terms of height and weight. (Well.... no one was for that matter).

Most nerds probably become nerds because they are naturally smaller, and skinnier and get picked on. So they drift towards using their brain rather than using their size, such as the jocks with sport.
Interesting idea though isn't it.

Most of the jocks at my school were actually ugly in the face and personality, so I dont know what you are rambling on about.

People end up looking like what they end up looking like because they are genetically predisposed to develop that way.
