Try Palmer's Coco Butter at bed time and sleep with out pants. In the morning clean and dry this area well. You can also try Balm Bag or Phillip's Corona.

What you shuld do is go to a doctor. I know ur askin here cuz u probally dont want to but dont be embaresed about it, its probally just a skin complaint, you could try a mousteriser, like hemp body butter from the body shop.
But really ur first stop should be your GP

Eucerin cream or "bag" balm.....really there is such a thing. Used on the udders of milk cows for chafing! Try a moisturizing soap too!
