it depends where the whistling is coming from!

if your pee hole is whistling... you may have a problem
if you butthole is whistling... you may be gay
if you are just whistling with your mouth then its cool

(just remember shaking it more than once is playing with it!)

I don't think it means anything bad it just means that you like to whistle when you go pee. Its probabally just another one of those bad habbits. you know.
