Prior to my bf having intercourse (ruling out std's):

he used to urinate and was done, than he noticed he would urinate and when he thought he was done he still had a few drips and feels like he still has to go and continues to have this issue to this day. What are thought out reasons besides possible blatter issue.

Thanks

first, how old is your boyfriend. Older men that have problems urinating signal for more investigation because of the prostate. But, if your boyfriend is having difficulty urinating he should see his doctor, the constant urge to go after he already did, could be a sign of a urinary tract infection. If he is having pain in addition to that, then he should definitely go. the worst that will happen at the doctor's is that they will ask you to urinate in the cup and they will test it and give you an antibiotic if appropriate. but, if there is no infection, then maybe you should be referred to the urologist.

If he just shakes it after he is done, then he still has some left in his tube.

I usually grab mine from the base and squeeze it to the tip...that will get rid of any urine in his tubes. If it is still coming out after that, then he is probably not done.

It could be an infection but you said that he has this problem to this day.
