depends what you mean by that there's something out now called RLS (restless leg syndrome) and that may be what It is

I don't think it's being nervous, well at least not for me. If my leg is going up and down, its because I am probably hyped up on my coffee and I don't even know I am doing it.

It is'nt just men who do that, I do it all the time!! It can b anything from just being bored to being anxious and sometimes I dont even realise I'm doing it!

well im a women and i do it,sometimes my leg goes int to twitches lol i can't stop it

I often wondered that too cause my husband shakes his long no stop and it drives me crazy and everytime I tell him to stop he just says:

its my nerves honey..

Women do it as well...It's not exclusive to men...

It's a activity thing, men that do this stay slim and keep their weight even if they're couch potatoes...

women do it too. its coz they anxious like waiting outside for a job interview or when tehy stressed out badly or fear or when they have a phobia. panick attacks etc. all to do with stress and anxiety.
