Has your diet changed recently? If you are eating a lot of fiber like bran, oats, or wheat, fruits, and veggies that would explain it. If you are consuming a lot of water that helps soften your stools and make them easier to come out. If you are sick or have been sick recently. If you have consumed a lot of fatty foods. A change in medication. It could be a number of things. As long as it's controllable and not watery each time, it sounds fine. I go at least 2-3 times a day sometimes more. I eat fruits and veggies and water with each of my meals everyday.

yup. it could be ibs. it stands for intestinal bowel syndrome. 1/7 ppl have it. it is when your bowels are overreactive and you have random stomachaches and have to go to the bathroom a lot. it can be helped by diet and medicine.

Are you eating more fiber or drinking a lot of fruit juices? Both can cause more frequent BM's.
