Lately, while doing stand-up curls, the tips of my fingers fall asleep and tingle really bad. This never used to happen before. I used to curl one arm at a time. When I noticed this started happeneing, I switched to a barbell, working out both biceps at once. That didn't help. I am 23 years old. Is this normal? Is this even a common problem?

Thanks,
Steve

I was in a car that was backended at the time of the acciedent i did not seek medical attention because i felt alright. but later that day I was hurting so I went to the ER. My incurance paid for the hospital visit. But can I go after the other guy's insurance for my medication and pain and suffering. I suffered a cervical spin and shoulder sprain.

Well, 2 days ago in gym all we did was do crunches and pushups, The teacher did not let us take a brake the whole class(Its 45 minutes long) and I am aching, The aching stated yesterday, Everytime I laugh it kills and when I bend over it kills. All of that is up by my ribs.

Okay so for the past few weeks I have had a very sharp pain at the top of my spine where my neck starts. It all began at my new job with how I am sitting at my desk and computer. The chair they gave me is horrible (they have now ordered me a new one which hasn't arrived yet) but the pain I have felt has been terrible. Anyway, for the past 2 days now I have been feeling pain in my fingertips and a couple of my toes. Just the first three fingers which I read online means it could be from a pinched nerve. Now I saw that the back of my neck is completely swollen!!! Does this sound like a pinched nerve to you and that is what is causing the pain in my hands? When I touch the bumpy swollen area, it's tender. What can I do to relieve this pain? I am going to the doctor on Monday for sure. Hopefully it's nothing serious :(

So.. I bumped my head on this huge metal sign while walking down the street trying to get my gloves on. I was wearing this thick wool hat so when I hit my forehead I didn't get any lumps or redness, but the thing wiggled like crazy and my teeth knocked together and now I have a headache in the back of my head. So.. what I'm asking.. could this be because of the bumping and how can I fix it or prevent anything more serious prior or even without going to the dr's? thx
