Well, 2 days ago in gym all we did was do crunches and pushups, The teacher did not let us take a brake the whole class(Its 45 minutes long) and I am aching, The aching stated yesterday, Everytime I laugh it kills and when I bend over it kills. All of that is up by my ribs.

Any idea what happend? I am lost.

Its because of the crunches. Don't do to many they could lead to a hernia. But, whenever you start out doing crunches (a lot) later they kill for a few days. Its regular.

these are muscle pulls. prolonged use of muscles can produce such condition. rest. gentle massage, heat and ice application may be helful as is the Advil.

your ribs aren't hurt, I think - just your muscles, I think they're pulled...don't worry, just get sleep and eat and it'll go away
