Years ago, my dad was at a dance and was actually doing the 'twist' at the time. He was also holding a female in the air with him arms. Well they next day he was in excruiating pain on both legs, on the inside of the legs, just below the knee. Its not actually the knee, it is just below on the inside leg and feels very painfull, tender and like a burning sensation.
Since then, this pain has come back time and time again. My folks are huge rock and rollers and love to dance, but this problem is causing my dad a lot of pain. He is 63 years old. Does anyone know what it could be, or what maybe the twist action did? My only thoughts are because his upper body was fairly stationery when he was dancing (as he was holding the female), so he wasn't necessarily turning with it, could he have twisted something and caused long term damage? Any help, any remedies, any advice much appreciated for my dancing dad! thank you in advance!
