It sounds as though you are still recovering from an illness. You can purchase over-the-counter motion sickness medicine but, it may not be effective for your problem. Any chance that you are dehydrated?? Have you been able to eat normally?? If you are dehydrated, then you need to increase your fluid intake, either water or Gatorade. Try eating six small meals vs. 3 big meals a day. Avoid fried foods, cheese, fast foods etc. Let your body fully recover. If this continues or worsens, please contact your Doc. I hope that this helps and Good Luck.

If you rushed yourself and didn't slowly sip on clear liquids eat by nibbling or small bites of blander foods like crackers, oatmeal...You can irritate you system by eating your normal diet. Have you had your gall bladder out in the last 6 months to a year? Maybe follow up with primary care doctor to really make sure virus is completely gone. There are some meds that can be given for some stomach virus's. Good luck and get well.

If you think it is from the virus that is going around, it may be calmed down with some anti-nausea medication. It can be found in most pharmacies and/or grocery stores. Ask the pharmacist to help you.
I would also check out the wrist bands that were made for pregnant mothers and travellers. You wear them on your wrist (with the button on the inside of your wrist) and it should ease your nausea.
Love Cedar Point - have fun and good luck!

You have my sympathies. I'm extremely prone to motion sickness and these hints have saved my life! Dramamine or Bonine both work very well. Immonium AD liquid for instant relief. Ginger ale or ginger tea in an emergency when the drugs aren't available or handy.
BTW, I don't go, but my husband goes to Cedar Point every year--he LOVES it!

First of all if your sexually active don't rule out pregnancy. If you know for sure that your not pregnant then go to your local pharmacy and buy some over the counter medicine for motion sickness. Hopefully that will work. Have a good time.

Maybe you are pregnant. Try some soda crackers. They are good to help with nausea.
