Skin Conditions - November 2007

Apparently I have a yeast infection all over my body but mainly on my arm and around my arm pits and on my stomach. I have tried ketoconazal pills, carmol 40, clobex, perscription dandruff shampoo, and most recently clotrimazole and betamethasone diipropionate cream. The doctor said that their is nothing left for me to do but see the dermatologist. What would he prescribe me these same medications or somethiing different?

Botox works great.....any good products....because botox is expensive...What about a tca professional chemical peel??

I've been using Clinique's ACNE SOLUTIONS system for about 3.5 months now, and it was recommended to me by a friend of mine to start taking vitamin A to further improve my skin... how will adding this to my daily intake improve my skin/body? They're actually 10,000 IU, but she told me to take two... so yeah. Any info will be MUCH appreciated! (~8

Ever since I was like 6 years old, I have had these little bumbs on my arms.
Above my elbows up to right before my shoulders.
I'm 13 now, & I still have them.
It's embaressing cuz if people feel my arms they think I have like pimples on them or goosebumps or something.

What are they & how can I make them go away?

I am 23 and i went to the Dr this evening for what i thought was a rash and she told me that i had shingles. Does anyone know what i can do the pain until i get go to the pharmacy in the morning. Anything would be appriciated im in sooo much pain right now.

I was walking home from school today, and i passed under a tree. And then, out of the blue, i got this weird, cold, tingly feeling in my lower abdomen/chest and thighs. And i checked, nothing wet had hit me, and no wind was blowing. I was just curious of what this sensation was, or if it is a symptom of something.

I am about to start using Accutane, however I cannot seem to find out how much it is going to cost me?? I dont have health insurance and since I have to go through the initial steps of treatment before begining the actual medication I dont have a prescription to get an estimate from the pharamices. Has anyone ever been on this medication? I was prescribed Valtrex today for suppressive therapy of my cold sores, but I had to back out when I realized it would be $75/month. This will be only $10/month. Any advice?

okay, just went to dermatologist and I was trying to tell him my story of how i was taking vitamin c pills, 2500% daily value, and niacin at night 2000% dv, and then when I stopped taking them, my face turned pale. He didnt hear me out and prescribed me all these things I didnt need. I was literally in there for a minute and got all these prescriptions and a bill.

So, what should I do. My skin is still pale white, and Im black, and im super depressed and I dont know what to do. Can anyone explain this to me?
