a chemical peel is a good choice, it takes years off your face. It last alot longer than Botox does plus you can still feel your face. Botox wont let your face move cause that area is numbed and it stays this way until the botox wears off & you cant always tell if someone is smiling at you or snearing at you, honest! or you get a smle and everything moves but your eyes,of forehead, where ever you had the botox injections at.
Moisture every night with oil of olays age defying cream and a little of it goes a long way. pat it on around your eyes with the tip of your ring finger, yourr ring finger applies less pressure than the other fingers do. and dont smoke, it ages you fast cause you have the nicotine on your face and your skin can breathe.

there's only one hope for depression. That is an effective anti depressant medication. Depression comes from a checmical imbalance in the neurotransmitters and the brain and nothing in the world will alleviate unless you compensate for it. The right medication will do it. When you're depressed, you're unable to interact with a therapist by talking or be with or around anyone so talk therapy won't work. Being around people is a waste because the loss of interest makes it difficult to tolerate company and again, verbal interaction. You will have no desire for pets or taking care of animals as it's too labor intensive, too complex and your mind can't handle it. Excercise requires motivation which you have none. Until you can compensate for the chemical imbalance that's causing the depression and anxiety, none of these suggestions are useful.. Once you regain your sense of motivation and desire to do things, only then can any interaction or activity possibly help feel good.. There are ssri's, snri's mao inhibitors and trycyclic anti depressants. Some work better than others depending on the individdual. It is frustrating until you find one that works well with tolerable side effects. If none of these are ever an option, try ect (shock therapy)l

crows feet are normal, natural and a beautiful road map of a happy life well lived!!!

I use Kinerase creme, and Loreal neck lift.
I've tried Nuetrogena wrinkle day and night creme.

any routine will work, just accept what you have and work with it! I'm 49 and very fine!!

If you can afford to do a lift, and look like everyone else in Hollywood with the joker mouth and lifted cat eyes, be a clone.

I prefer to age gracefully and naturally!!!

I use a humidifer. Plus, Deep-crease concentrate is a good product that Avon makes. It plumps out your creases.

Don't use any. I have accepted that wrinkles are a natural part of life and the aging process.
