Ever since I was like 6 years old, I have had these little bumbs on my arms.
Above my elbows up to right before my shoulders.
I'm 13 now, & I still have them.
It's embaressing cuz if people feel my arms they think I have like pimples on them or goosebumps or something.

What are they & how can I make them go away?

Sounds like Keratosis Pilaris aka "chicken skin."

A lotion w/ glycolic acid, lactic acid or AHA/BHA will get rid of them. Lac Hydrin 5 is the one I use.

sounds like keratosis pilaris.

Do a search on this and let me know if its what you have. Im sure it is. There is no cure, but there are ways to decrease the bumps from occurring.

Were you bathed in really hot water when you were young? My brother and i have the same thing and the doctors say it's from being bathed in too hot of water, too often.

I would suggest asking your mother to take you to a dermotologist.
