A strange feeling?

I was walking home from school today, and i passed under a tree. And then, out of the blue, i got this weird, cold, tingly feeling in my lower abdomen/chest and thighs. And i checked, nothing wet had hit me, and no wind was blowing. I was just curious of what this sensation was, or if it is a symptom of something.

could it possibly be nerves? you may be feelilng self-conscious about peeing beneath a tree out in the open.
