does cocoa butter work for burn marks that arent too bad they r slight marks would palmers cocoa butter work?

The skin on my hands has cracks in it. Not wrinkly...but all cracked. And its not dry either. What could be the source of this? Im only 14...It looks like teeny lines everywhere marked on my hands...how do I get rid of it...and what is it?

I've already tired moisterizers, hyrocortzone, and prescription creams, but they don't always work the best when the problem is on my hands and I have to use my hands everyday.

It started growing on my hand few months ago and so far nothing has happened. But it is round in shape,dark brown in colour and a bumpy mole. Is it a sign of skin cancer or just a mole? Please be honest..thanks.

i started getting a few blackheads on my chin yesterday so i decided to use an exfoliater on my face i took a shower and turned the water on hot so my pores would open then i used the exfoliater after my face burned so i used cold water to close my pores back up then i used lotion but my face continued to burn and got very red i have used facial lotions on it but it is still red and is beginning to feel rough i dont know if my skin is dry or chapped from the cold weather what should i do?

I have really bad dry skin on my face. I think it's from me taking these antibiotics the doctor prescribed for me. But it's on the right side of my face, going from my lip to my eye. I've tried everything there is to try. I've used night products that are supposed to moisturize your face, I've moisturizing creams, gentle face cleansers, and nothing seems to be working. Please help!
