It can make them a lot better, but a cut will always leave a scar. The plastic surgery scar will be very fine and with a little make up over it will be practically invisible.

Yes, plastic surgery can be used to improve scars.
Notice that I said "improve."
Scar revision and other treatment usually will result in improvement, but nothing will make scars disappear. They can be made much less noticeable, but be realistic and you won't get taken. If you read ads promising that scars will be "erased" or those making other ridiculous claims then run away.
In scar treatment, there is a pile of BS out there.

I have a friend who just recently had plastic surgery on a gash that he had on his chin for the past 21 years of his life... a pretty big gash to be exact, and the plastic surgeon did an excellent job -- scar is completely gone.

The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

I habe had scars treated by a plastic suregein successfully, but remember thay do fade over time on there own, so if it hasnt been too long wait and use a concealer for now

Well l wouls imagine so. years ago my sister had a cist remove off her neck and you can`t even tell she had lt done. there`s not a scar there or anything. you can`t tell. but plastic surgeons are real good. lt should help
