Probably just dry skin with the winter weather and all. Try Eucerin - it works great.

My first guess is that you need to drink more water your skin could be dehydrated. You need AT LEAST 8 glasses a day.
When you have a bath put a little baby oil in your water, it's good for your hair too. When you shower run baby oil over your body b4 you dry off. this is especially important in the winter months too b/c with the heat our skin does dry out..
DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND MOISTURIZE DAILY

It's that time of year...our skin gets really gross because of the cold air and the heat indoors. The Body Shop sells a really great product called Hemp Hand Protector. Check it out and they give out samples too.

It could be that you have washed your hands a lot recently. Just apply a good hand cream every time you wash your hands. I recommend Norwegian Formula. You only need a little.

Since it is wintertime it is likely that your hands are dried out and you need to rehydrate them. Use lotion frequently, increase your fluid intake, and if possible try a parrafin wax. If this does not help, you should see a dermatologist.

Use a good lotion, like Vaseline Intensive Care. Use after washing hands all the time. They will heal if you use the lotion.
