Skin problems are hormonal. Nothing you can buy over the counter is going to help. Go see a doctor or dermatologist because you need some antibiotics and perhaps Accutane or Retin A

Hi Sara-ash, I have had quite severe eczsma on my face and have had for the past 10 years. I have recently been introduced to a product called Pimag Living water and Swiss So Flower facial products, within 3 months my eczsma is gone. I was so happy with the fact I am now involved in the company.

Witch hazel is a really good way to cleanse your face if the problem is acne. You can find it at drug stores or walmart near the band aids. If you have trouble with dry skin then I would get the SOY cleanser and moisturizer from BATH AND BODY WORKS. It works great and is the only thing that helps me in the winter.

You should seek a dermatologist. You can use soaps like Oil of Olay, Caress, Ivory or a soap for sensitive skin.

If you are referring to acne then it might be time to see your doc for antibiotic therapy to get it under control.
