I don't need another home recipe, I just wnat to know whether it's normal that my skin around my toenails (maybe it's my toe nails) hurt when I am doing a footbath with white vinegar. I diluted with water (half/half).

I got rid of nail fungus with vinegar once so I stick to that but this time it's worse. Should I stop?
It's like it's burning my skin... I mean more like when you have a cut and you disinfect it with alcohol, well it hurts like that.

thanks for answering!

My husband was diagnosed with depression 6 years ago. He has been on several types of medication, they all work for a while and then they just STOP. I have studied alternative medication for 2 years. My husband really doesn't want to be on the pills anymore, so I have been giving him the Sam-E supplements along with St Johns Wort and a Stress tab with energy. I am wondering what else I could be doing. I was giving him a Kava/valerian supplement for his anxiety but recently he started to state that he was exhausted, so I started giving him the stress tabs instead. They are like an energy vitamin with iron. Does anyone know anything that can help me, I am doing the best I know how. Do homeopathic clinics take insurance?

It hasn't reached the expiry date yet but I opened it a few times but didn't take any pills for a few months. I think the fact it has been exposed to oxygen has caused it to deteriorate somewhat. I assume it's safe to take it but wonder which of the components has started disintegrating (vitamin C?) and whether the potency has been reduced so much that it's not worth taking it anymore.

I'd appreciate a somewhat scientific answer or something with a useful link.

I've been doing the whole pepto bismal and tums treatment, but it hasn't helped. Does anyone have an rememdies that doesn't include these medicines. I really would prefer some natural remedies or even different teas to try. Thanks!

Hellooo! I guess I wouldn't call it straight up anxiety. I am a nervous person when it comes to meeting new people, especially when they want to get to know me. I become poorly articulated and lose focus. Sometimes I will just become a complete snob just to "deal with it" in an easier fashion. I have a great interest in people, and if I am in the right mood I can be the warmest person, and if I am not I am horrid.

It isnt just a people issue. I can't really focus...not even enough to sit down and relax. When I am in school, studying is a complete task even though I love learning. I want to learn...it's just that it takes me a long time to focus.

I did recently quit smoking marijuana after 6 years. It got old, and I am starting to feel more now, but not even nearly as much as I used to...but I am starting to be able to really think.

I do need more practices. What advice can you give me to relieve tension so I can become calm, peaceful,

I've had severe nerve pain for about 4 years, I am on disability - I was approved the first time. That should tell you how severe it has been. The pain runs across the #11 Nerve - Intercostal nerve. They tried meds like Neurontin and Lyrica, they helped with the pain a lot but I couldn't tolerate either, both caused me severe side effects and I had to quit both. All they can do is give me narcotics and send me to the pain clinic - both methods are ineffective for me.

I've improved a lot in the past year, mostly through physical therapy - but I still don't have enough control of pain - and I'm trying to get where I can work again. My wife died a year ago (she was 42, and I was 44, I am 45 now) - - and I don't want to be home all the time, I want to be productive, and I try very hard. The pain along the 11 nerve is still fairly bad, and if I go off the narcotics it's unmanageable.
I don't want to be on the narcotics.
thanks

I Read That Marijuana Can Wash Out of Your System In A Matter Of 2-5 Days But The Daily Heaver User Can BE Detected up to 30+ days. How many bowls or joints would it take to be a heavy user?
